Hoofdstuk 1. Introductie
Het val- en paniek alarm kunnen gebruikers om de pols of als hanger om de nek dragen. Wanneer de sensor een val
detecteert, alarmeert het systeem in één keer alle geautoriseerde gebruikers (zoals familieleden, zorgverleners en
noodcontacten). Bij zo’n collectieve notificatie kan de geautoriseerde gebruiker de lokale hulpverlening via de app
meteen inschakelen. Om te voorkomen dat het alarmsysteem te gevoelig wordt, kan de nauwkeurigheid van de detectie
afnemen. In samenwerking met een IP-Camera kunnen de eigenaar en geautoriseerde gebruikers echter toezicht
houden en meldingen zelf verifiëren op basis van real-time videobeelden. Videoverificatie voor een gerust gevoel dus.
Als back-up bevat het valalarm daarnaast een paniekknop, die gebruikers kunnen indrukken om zelf een alarm te
versturen.
BELANGRIJKSTE ALARMERING
• Het val- en paniekalarm stuurt alle geautoriseerde gebruikers meteen een notificatie in de app op
hun smartphone.
• Is er ook een IP-camera aangesloten, dan kunnen gebruikers een noodmelding direct verifiëren met behulp
van interactieve video.
• Het indrukken en even ingedrukt houden van de val- en paniekknop kan ook een alarm versturen.
