Thank you for purchasing the PCR6A/PCR-2X320A Pre-Configured Raceway.
Please read these instructions thoroughly before installing this product.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Factory assembled raceway saves assembly time.
- Includes six advanced RLM Series 20 Amp duplex modules.
- Each module can be controlled using Middle Atlantic Products
USC-6R or MPR-SEQA sequencers, or other controllers that
provide contact closure.

INSTALLATION
1) Mount the PCR as shown. (FIGURE A)
Equipment contains hazardous voltages - to prevent the risk of electrocution, installation and service
must be performed by qualified personnel only.
For use indoors in dry locations only.
Unit may contain multiple feeder circuits. Disconnect all feeder circuits prior to replacing modules.
Individual modules do not contain any user serviceable parts inside.
Power circuits do not contain internal overload protection. Branch circuit overload protection required.

2) Ground wire must be connected to the ground screw. (FIGURE B)
NOTE: There are two grounding screws in the J-box of the raceway. One is for module grounding, the
other is for facility grounding. They are interchangeable, and can be moved up or down.
NOTE: Modules come with a tie saddle and screw for cable management. The tie saddle can
be mounted to the outer/uppermost slot as shown. (FIGURE C)

FUNCTIONS
CONTACT CONTROL SELECTOR SWITCH: Allows the customer to choose to control the module
using either a 'normally open' or 'normally closed' dry contact. Factory default setting is
'normally open'.
GREEN STATUS LED: This will illuminate whenever the power and status relays are energized.
DUPLEX RECEPTACLE: All Modules contain one duplex receptacle.
CONTROL SWITCH: Three position slide switch.
POSITION #1: AUTO - The receptacle will be energized when contact closure is supplied.
POSITION #2: OFF - The receptacle will not respond to any contact closure. The module cannot be
energized in the OFF position.
POSITION #3: ON - The receptacle will be energized and contact closure will have no effect.
YELLOW STATUS LED: This will illuminate whenever the control switch is in the AUTO position.
This is an indication that the internal power supply is functioning and that the module will respond to
a contact closure.
CONTROL TERMINALS: These terminals activate the receptacle with a contact closure. The control
power is provided by the modules internal 12V DC power supply.
STATUS TERMINALS: These terminals are connected to the modules isolated internal status relay
contacts. These relay contacts are closed whenever the receptacle is on. These contacts will handle
up to .5 amps and can be connected to indicators as required.
