I CANNOT HEAR OTHERS:

• Make sure your communicator is securely connected to the PS4 Wireless

controller’s aux port at the base of the controller

• Make sure your volume is increased to an audible level on the headset’s in-line

controls

• Make sure your volume is increased to an audible level in the PS4’s

console settings

OTHERS CANNOT HEAR ME:

• Make sure your communicator is not muted – check the mute switch on the

in-line controls

• Make sure you are speaking clearly into the microphone and the microphone is

adjusted at a good level near your mouth.

• Make sure to check your PS4 chat settings to ensure the controller audio is set

to “chat only”. (See PS4 set up for detailed instructions).

1. Plug the communicator’s 3.5mm aux jack into the AUX port at the base of your PS4

Wireless Controller.

2. Check your audio settings to ensure your communicator is selected as the assigned

audio device.

From the PS4 home menu, go to “Settings”> select “Devices”> select “Audio

Devices”> set your “Volume Control” to a desirable level> select “Output to

Headphones”> select “Chat Audio”

From here, you can also adjust your headset’s volume. To adjust your headset’s mic

sensitivity from the PS4 home screen, access the home menu> select “Settings”>

select “Devices”> select “Audio Devices”> select “Microphone Level” and adjust

your microphone levels to preference.

1. Branchez la fiche Aux de 3,5 mm du communicateur sur la base de votre manette

sans fil PS4.

2. Vérifiez vos paramètres audio afin de vous assurer que votre communicateur soit

bien sélectionné en tant que périphérique audio.

NOTE: Before using the product, you will have to insert the headband into the headset

body until you are able to slide the headband freely.
