Immuring Guide
To ensure the safe is not built in upside down, the product is marked „with this site up“.
The wall opening has to be large enough for the safe to be built in with a minimum of
100 mm concrete B 400 around it.
The safe should be well aligned on all sides. Please check with the spirit level. When
open, the safe door should not drop forward.
To ensure the walls of the safe are not bent inward during concreting, professional
reinforcement inside the safe could be used.
This applies particularly for all wall safes over 300 mm high and generally for strong
doors to safety rooms.
The product should not be pushed into the wet concrete B 400.
During immuring and approx. 2 days after it the safe has to be kept closed.
Following that, open safe door for airing.
Attention
Where the walls are damp, for example the safe being in a wall between 2 rooms with
different temperatures, the safe must be insulated before immuring, to prevent
condense building around it.
