• Panel/trim tool

• Roller

• Gloves

• Screw driver

• Microfiber cloth

• Acetone or cleaning solution

• Razor blade

Tools needed for installation:

Prepping the Surface:

• Remove door panel, speaker, and vapor barrier

; unplug cables.

• Clean metal surfaces (use microfiber cloth and Acetone).

• Address any rust for better adhesion.

• Let surfaces air dry.

Speaker Kit Installation:

• Center material over speaker hole.

• Remove backing; apply from top down, use roller to remove air pockets.

• If air is trapped, use razor/needle to release it.

• Press down material around speaker hole; cut along edge with blade.

• Apply acoustic foam inside speaker hole.

• Repeat for all speakers.

Speaker Rings Installation:

• Reinstall speaker; clean speaker plate trim.

• Apply foam strip around speaker face; remove backing gradually.

• Trim excess foam; connect strip ends.

• It should look like the image on bottom right.*

• Reinstall door panel.
