warrants thatfor aperiod ofone yearfrom thedate ofpurchase, thisproduct willbe freefrom

defects inmaterial andworkmanship. JCS,at itsoption, willrepair orreplace thisproduct orany

component ofthe productfound tobe defectiveduring thewarranty period.Replacement willbe

made witha newor remanufacturedproduct orcomponent. Ifthe productis nolonger available,

replacement maybe madewith asimilar productof equalor greatervalue. Thisis yourexclusive

warranty. DoNOT attemptto repairor adjust anyelectrical ormechanical functionson this

product. Doingso willvoid thiswarranty.

This warrantyis validfor theoriginal retailpurchaser fromthe dateof initialretail purchase

and isnot transferable.Keep theoriginal salesreceipt. Proofof purchaseis requiredto obtain

warranty performance.JCS dealers,service centers,or retailstores sellingJCS productsdo not

have theright toalter, modifyor anyway changethe termsand conditionsof thiswarranty.

This warrantydoes notcover normalwear ofparts ordamage resultingfrom anyof the

following: negligentuse ormisuse ofthe product,use onimproper voltageor current,use

contrary tothe operatinginstructions, disassembly,repair oralteration by anyoneother than

JCS oran authorizedJCS servicecenter. Further, the warrantydoes notcover: Actsof God,

JCS shallnot beliable forany incidentalor consequentialdamages causedby thebreach ofany
