How to use:
1. Close the Flow Control before you start.*
2. Place the Wilfa SVART Pour Over on top of a coffe mug.
3. Place a fi lter inside the Wilfa SVART Pour Over.
4. Pour the coffee into the fi lter.
5. First, pour a small amount of freshly boiled water (92ºC-96ºC) onto
the dry coffee grounds, making sure to cover everything. Wait for
the coffee grounds to absorb all the water. Fresh coffee will swell
and “bloom”.
6. Open the fl ow control to the right position.
7. Then, pouring in a circular motion, slowly add the
remaining water.
Brewing time 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
