Thispumpiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
andtoperformwithinapplicablespecicationsforaperiodofoneyearfrom
dateofinstallationor18monthsfromdateofmanufacture,whichevercomes
rst.Obligationunderthiswarrantyislimitedtorepairingorreplacinganypart
thereof,whichshallwithinoneyearbereturnedtouswithtransportationcharges
prepaid,andprovedtobedefective.
Theabovelimitedwarrantytakestheplaceofallotherwarranties,expressor
impliedandcorrectionofsuchdefectsbyreplacementorrepairshallconstitute
afulllmentofallobligationsunderthetermsofthewarranty,whichspecically
EXCLUDESanyincidentaldamagescausedbyorassociatedwiththisproductor
itsuse.Thewarrantydoesnotcoveranyunitwhichhasbeendamagedeitherin
transitorbymisuse,accidentornegligence.Nowarrantyorrepresentativenot
containedhereinshallbebinding.

be cleaned, sanitized, or
decontaminated prior to shipment, to
ensure employees will not be exposed to
health hazards in handling said materials.
All applicable laws and regulations shall apply.
