Antenna Set Up

Download the CLBTLR App from the App store or Google Play store. Keyword search: CLBTLR

Once the App is installed, Click “Create an account” and fill in the form.

Log in the App and then Click on the (+) sign to “Add a new System”. The system is the Antenna. It is also
considered as the main control center for the CarLink System.

Using your smartphone, scan the QR Code located on the CarLink antenna or enter the MAC Address manually to
pair and begin the system configuration process.

Click on the newly added system. Once the pairing process begins a Bluetooth Pairing code will be requested.
Please enter 1-2-3-4-5-6 and click “Pair”. At anytime tapping on the Bluetooth icon on the control screen of the
CarLink App will re-launch a pairing process or will display to which device it is currently connected to.

Select the communication protocol for the CarLink system. Choose a Manufacturer and then the Remote starter
Model of which the CarLink system is connected to and click “Accept”.
Transmitter Set Up

Add a remote control to the CarLink system. From the Vehicle List, tab on the list icon located on the left hand
side of the Favorite vehicle icon (Star). Then Click on the (+) sign to “Add a new Remote”. The Antenna will
manage any paired transmitter.

Using your smartphone, scan the QR Code located on the CarLink antenna or enter the MAC Address manually.

Once the remote has been added to the list, it must be paired with the CarLink Antenna. Press and Release the
top button on the Antenna 3x times holding it down on the third press. The Red LED will light up. While it is lit,
press and release the Start button on the remote. Once the Pairing with the antenna is successful the White LED
will flash once to confirm remote has been added to the system.

Press and hold the Start button for 3 seconds on the remote. If the remote starter responds normally, set up is
complete and ready for testing. If the remote starter does not responds to the command, enter transmitter
programming mode in the remote starter and Press and Release for 1 second the Start button on the remote.
This will learn the CarLink system to the remote starter.
QUICK INSTALLATION GUIDE
Digital CarLink system
1.CONFIGURE THE REMOTE STARTER
Connect the CarLink BT Long Range to your remote starter system. For VOXX remote starter systems, please use the
“CarLink” protocol. For iDatastart remote starters please use “Connected RF” protocol.
2.CONNECT
Connect the CarLink antenna by following the wiring guide as shown on the back of this page.
3. PAIRING
Both the antenna and transmitter set up processes must be completed to finalize installation.
NOTE: After the antenna is set up, you will be able to test all the available remote access functions from the app to
confirm proper protocol setting
4. TEST YOUR SYSTEM
Test all functions supported by your remote starter. If no action is acknoledged, see your remote starter error code for diagnostics. If no
reaction from the remote starter, please check your remote starter configurations or system configurations
