Thank you for choosing Auray.
Congratulations on your purchase of the Auray RF-CPB-18 Reflection Filter.
This lightweight and sturdy reflection filter is an ideal solution for any
recording application where microphone isolation is needed. Designed for
use in studios, acoustically untreated rooms, and desktop recording, the
RF-CPB-18 absorbs and diuses external noise and room reflections to create
a drier and closer sound that provides cleaner vocal tracks.
High-density open-cell acoustic foam minimizes room ambiance, and the
curved shape of the shield ensures clean and dry vocals. Locking adjustable
brackets and sturdy metal mounting hardware provide easy height and
depth adjustment and ensure that the shield will be at the precise height and
distance from the microphone for optimum results. Standard 5/8" threaded
adapters fit most microphone clips and shock mounts, making the
RF-CPB-18 compatible with most mic stands. The durable ABS plastic frame
is lightweight yet rigid, making the RF-CPB-18 portable and able to withstand
the rigors of transportation.
