Safety Instructions
- Read the manual prior to use.

- Keep the packaging so that you can transport the unit in its original packaging in order to avoid
damage.
- For indoor use only.
- When mounting the unit, leave enough spaces for ventilation.
- Do not use the unit close to heat sources or when exposed to direct sun light.
- Make sure that no liquids or small components can enter the housing.
- Use a damp, dust-free cloth to clean the unit. Do not use cleaners or solvents!
- The unit doesn’t contain user serviceable parts.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- The unit should only be repaired by a SkyTronic approved repair service.
Installation and Operation
- This light eect needs to be powered by 4 AA cells. Do not use a combination of old and new
batteries.
- Make sure the batteries are correctly installed as indicated in the battery compartment.
- Switch this unit on with the power switch, the tl-bar will light up.
Replacing the lamp
When replacing the lamp, be sure that the lamp has cooled and the AA-cells are removed from the unit.
Remove the the top of the housing and gently turn the tl-bar counter clockwise to remove it. Insert a new tl-
bar and gently turn it clockwise to install. Now place the top of the housing, replace the AA-cells and turn re
the unit on.
Cleansing
The most important part of your lighteect to keep clean is the tl- as this allows the light output to be bar
transmitted. This should be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. The body of the unit may also be cleaned in the
same way. We recommend internal cleaning be carried out by a fully qualied technician.
Troubleshooting
- When the unit doesn’t work; check the four AA-batteries are properly housed and fully charged. if
- When the tl- work at rst time use; please check if the bar is correctly tted, because bar doesn’t
shipping might cause the tl-bar to loosen.
- When the unit is turned in - - light up; the tl-bar may require replacing. “on mode” and the tl bar won’t

Veiligheidsinstructies
- Lees altijd eerst de gebruiksaanwijzing voordat u een apparaat gaat gebruiken.
- Bewaar de handleiding zodat elke gebruiker hem eerst kan doorlezen.
- Bewaar de verpakking zodat u, indien het apparaat defect is, dit in de originele verpakking kunt opsturen
om beschadigingen te voorkomen.
- Apparaat alleen binnenhuis en in niet vochtige ruimtes gebruiken.
- Apparaat zodanig installeren dat er voldoende koeling mogelijk i s.
- Toestel niet in de buurt van warmtebronnen en of in direct zonlicht gebruiken.
- Zorg ervoor dat er geen kleine objecten of vloeistof in het toestel kunnen binnendringen.
- Toestel alleen reinigen met een licht vochtige stofvrije doek, geen reinigingsmiddelen of oplosmiddelen
gebruiken!
- Het toestel bevat buiten de in de gebruiksaanwijzing genoemde onderdelen geen onderdelen die door
de gebruiker vervangen of gerepareerd kunnen worden.
- Indien het toestel defect is, moet dit hersteld worden door een vakman.

Installatie en gebruik
- Deze lamp werkt op 4 AA batterijen. Gebruik geen oude en nieuwe batterijen door elkaar.
- Zorg ervoor dat de batterijen correct in het apparaat zijn geïnstalleerd, zoals staat aangegeven in het
batterij compartiment.
- Schakel deze lamp aan met de aan/uit knop, de tl-balk zal nu oplichten.
Lamp vervangen
Als u de lamp vervangt, zorg er dan voor dat de lamp is afgekoeld en de batterijen uit het apparaat zijn
verwijderd. Verwijder de bovenzijde van de behuizing en draai de tl-balk voorzichtig tegen de klok in om hem
te verwijderen. Draai een nieuwe tl-balk in het apparaat (voorzichtig met de klok mee). Druk de behuizing
weer op het apparaat en installeer de batterijen.
Schoonmaken
Het belangrijkste onderdeel van dit apparaat om schoon te houden is de tl-balk. Deze moet worden
schoongemaakt met een zachte vochtige doek. De behuizing van het apparaat mag ook op deze manier
worden schoongemaakt. We raden u aan om voor interne schoonmaak een vakman in te schakelen.
Hulp bij problemen
- Als het apparaat niet werkt, kan het zijn dat de batterijen niet goed zijn geïnstalleerd of dat deze niet
zijn opgeladen.
- Als de tl-balk bij het eerste gebruik niet werkt kunt u kijken of deze niet los zit, dit kan namelijk
komen door het transport.
- Als het apparaat aan staat en de tl-balk niet oplicht, kan het zijn dat de tl-balk vervangen moet
worden.
