TO REMOVE OR INSTALL

TECH TIPS

1. To remove either style tip,

twist counterclockwise and

unscrew until they fall out

of the baskets. Tech Tips are

designed with a wave-shaped

rubber locking system to

prevent them from coming off

during use. You will have to

twist them forcefully enough

to override the wave-shaped

bumps. You may be able to do

this with your fingers or you

may need to use pliers.

2. To install new tips, twist them

in by hand or with pliers.

Once the wave-shaped bumps

make contact with the waves

on the tip, they should twist

4-5 clicks until very snug.

Rubber Tech Tips should

bulge out slightly when they

are completely tightened.

LES POINTES TECH

1. Pour ôter une pointe Tech,

tournez dans le sens inverse

des aiguilles d’une montre

puis dévissez jusqu’à ce

qu’elle se désolidarise de la

rondelle. Les pointes Tech

offrent une surface ondulée

qui les empêchent de glisser

en cours d’utilisation. Il

convient de forcer légèrement

pour passer ces aspérités.Cela

est possible manuellement ou

éventuellement à l’aide d’une

paire de pinces.

2. Pour installer une pointe

neuve, vissez celle-ci dans

le sens des aiguilles d’une

montre. Dès que la surface

ondulée de la pointe entre en

contact avec celle du bâton,il

convient de visser la pointe

très fermement sur quatre à

cinq tours. Les pointes Tech

en caoutchouc présentent un

léger bombement une fois

complètement vissées.
