Positioning
1) Be careful to ensure the camera does not restrict the driver’s view.
2) Attach the camera to the suction cup holder.
3) Ensure that the glass is clean and attach the suction cup holder.
4) Attach the holder by locking it into place, adjust the camera view and tighten the
positioning thread.
5) Connect the power supply cable to the car cigarette lighter, ensure that it does not
impede the driver’s view in any way and x it in place securely.

Memory Card
The device requires a micro SDHC memory card of up to 32 GB. Only use type 10 and
higher. It is necessary to format the memory card before use (go to system settings).
Memory cards should be mounted and unmounted while the camera is switched o.
Charging
- The camera is designed to be permanently connected to the car cigarette lighter via
the charging cable supplied.
- A new battery may initially be without any charge. In such a case, the device may
require a few minutes charging before it switches on.
Switching On and O
- The camera switches on and begins recording automatically when it is connected
to the car lighter.
- The camera automatically switches o when it is disconnected. There is also a delay
function available – the device continues recording and saving data to memory for a
number of seconds after being disconnected from its power supply.
- The camera may be switched o manually by using the button.
LED Indicators
Switching on – blue light.
Recording – blue ashing light.
Charging – red light.
Fully charged – red light switches o.
Navigating Menu Functions
- The camera has three modes – video, photo and gallery. Once switched on, the
camera automatically accesses video mode. Navigate through the individual modes
by using the / button.
- Each mode has its own menu. Press the MENU button to switch to the required
mode. Press the MENU button again to access the System settings menu. This
applies to all the individual modes.
- Navigate through the menu by using the Up/Down buttons, and use the OK button
to make selections. The MENU button can be used to cancel.
Video/Photo Mode
- Both video recordings and photos may be saved by pressing the OK button whilst
the device is in the respective mode. Whilst in Video mode, this process may be hal-
ted by pressing the OK button once again.
