Instruction Manual
Features:
> Mount indoors or outdoors for accurate temperature
readings.
> The large LCD screen displays current temperature.
> The graphical scale displays Minimum / Maximum
temperatures.
Quick Setup:
1. Place two AAA batteries into the back of the electronic
thermometer.
2. Replace the protective battery cover, making sure it
isrmlypressedclosed.
3. Within one minute temperature data will be displayed
on the front screen.
4. If there is no temperature reading displayed, repeat the
battery installation procedure.
> If a full reset is required, remove the batteries and wait
5 minutes before re-inserting them to ensure a complete
reset is achieved.
Min/Max Mode:
> Press the MINI button once and the minimum
temperature will be displayed.
> Press and hold the MINI button for °C and °F conversion.
> Press the MAXI button once and the maximum
temperature will be displayed.
> Press and hold the MAXI button and the recorded
minimum or maximum temperature will be reset to the
current temperature displayed.
PLEASE NOTE: The memory will automatically be reset after
the battery is replaced.
Siting:
> The CM3086 can be mounted in a wall hanging position
via a hook (not included).
> For optimum performance we would suggest placing the
thermometer in a sheltered environment away from
directrainfallorsunlightwhichcanaecttheaccuracy
of your readings.
