Safety
Important!
• Protect your hearing. Listening on high volume for prolonged
periods can lead to permanent hearing loss. Set the volume
to a low level before using the product.
• Be careful when using the product if it poses a possible
danger to yourself or others due to your inability to clearly
hear your surroundings.
• Never subject the product to high temperatures, dusty
environments, heavy vibrations or impacts.
• Keep the product away from water and other liquids.
• Do not place the product in direct sunlight or near naked flames.
• Never attempt to tamper with or modify the product in any way.
• Only use the included charging cable.
• Never leave the product charging for extended periods when
it is not in use. Discontinue charging during thunderstorms.
• Check your local regulations regarding mobile phone use in
combination with driving.
• Turn off both the product and mobile phone in areas where
you are requested to do so, such as in hospitals, aircraft or
areas where there is a risk of explosion.
Buttons and functions Connecting to a Bluetooth device (pairing)
Before the earbuds can be used they must first be paired with a
Bluetooth device. Each Bluetooth device only needs to be paired
with the earbuds once.
1. Make sure that the earbuds are turned off by checking that
their LED indicators are not shining.

Instructions for use
Charging the charging case
Charge the battery built into the case for 1.5 hours before
charging the earbuds for the first time.
1. Connect the included charging cable to the USB-C port (6) on
the charging case and to a computer or other USB charger.
2. The LED indicator (7) on the charging case will flash white
whilst charging is in progress.
3. The indicator will shine with a constant white light when
the case battery is fully charged.
Charging the earbuds
The earbuds should be charged fully for 1.5 hours before they
are used for the first time.
1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. The LED indicators (1 and 3) on the earbuds will shine
orange and the LED indicator on the case will shine white
whilst charging is in progress.
3. The LED indicators will cease to shine when the earbuds are
fully charged.
2. Switch the earbuds on either by opening the charging case
if they are inside or if they are not in the case, by pressing the
touch panels (2) and (4) for about 3 seconds until the LED
indicator on the right earbud begins to flash orange and white.
3. Activate Bluetooth mode on the external device that you
want to connect the earbuds to. Search for the earbuds on
your Bluetooth device (refer to the manual for your device).
4. The earbuds will appear on your device as Tenorite, select
connect.
Note:
The pairing mode only activates for 180 seconds. Once that time
has elapsed, the earbuds will need to be restarted.
Note:
The earbuds will automatically try to connect to the device they
were last connected to if they are switched on and Bluetooth is
activated on the last connected device.

Mono mode
To use the earbuds in mono mode, take one of them out of the
case. That earbud will then automatically re-connect to the last
Bluetooth device it was last connected to provided that device
has Bluetooth activated. To change to True Wireless Stereo mode,
remove the second earbud from the case. It will automatically
switch on and connect to the same device as the first earbud.
To switch back to mono mode, put one of the earbuds back into
the case. That earbud will then disconnect and switch off.
Note: If both earbuds are removed from the case before pairing
has taken place, the earbuds will automatically be in stereo mode.
Care and maintenance
• Clean the earbuds using a lightly moistened cloth. Use only
mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• The earbuds and their charging case should be fully charged
before being put away for storage if you do not intend to
use them for a long time. They should be charged every
3 months when they are not being used, in order for their
batteries to maintain full capacity.
Responsible disposal
This symbol indicates that the product should not be
disposed of with general household waste. This applies
throughout the entire EU. In order to prevent any harm
to the environment or health hazards caused by incorrect
waste disposal, the product must be handed in for
recycling so that the material can be disposed of in a responsible
manner. When recycling the product, take it to your local collec-
tion facility or contact the place of purchase. They will ensure that
the product is disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.

Troubleshooting guide
The earbuds will
not switch on.
Make sure that their batteries are
charged. Refer to the section.Charging

• Make sure that the charging cable is
properly connected to the case and
the charging power source.
• Make sure that the earbuds are
correctly fitted in the case.
Earbuds won't
pair with a
Bluetooth device.
• Place the earbuds next to the device
that you are trying to pair them with.
• Make sure that:
- Both devices are switched on.
- The Bluetooth function is enabled
on the device you are trying to
pair with.
Poor or no sound. • Check the volume on your
smartphone.
• Make sure that the Bluetooth
connection has been properly
established.
• Test playback from your smartphone
without it being connected to the
earphones to check that it works.
• Try playback using another file or
track, the one you are attempting to
play may be corrupt.
• Make sure that no other wireless
devices are disrupting your Bluetooth
connection.
• Make sure that your smartphone is
within the 10 m reception range of the
earbuds.

Call management
• To answer an incoming call: Short-press

Listening to music
• To play/pause: Short-press one of the

• To go back to the previous track: Short-
press the touch panel on the left earbud

To activate the voice assistant of

Knappar och funktioner Ansluta en Bluetooth-enhet (parkoppla)
Innan hörlurarna kan användas måste de först parkopplas
med enBluetoothenhet. Parkopplingen behöver endast göras
engång för varje Bluetooth-enhet.

LED-indikatorerna inte lyser.

Användning
Laddning av fodral
Ladda fodralets batteri fullt ica 1,5 tim innan du laddar
hörlurarna för första gången.
1. Anslut den medföljande laddkabeln till fodralets USB-C-
anslutning (6) och till endator eller annan valfri USB-laddare.
2. LED-indikatorn (7) blinkar vitt när laddningpågår.
3. När batteriet är fulladdat lyser LED-indikatorn med ett
fast vitt sken.
Laddning av hörlurar
Ladda hörlurarnas batterier fullt ica 1,5 tim innan du använder
hörlurarna för första gången.
1. Sätt båda hörlurarna i fodralet.
2. Hörlurarnas LED-indikatorer (1 och 3) lyser orange och
laddfodralets LED-indikator lyser vitt när laddningpågår.
3. När batterierna är fulladdade slocknar LED-indikatorerna.
2. Slå på lurarna genom att antingen öppna luckan på
laddfodralet eller, om de redan är utanför och avstängda,
hålla in (2) och (4) ica 3 sek tills LED-indikatorn börjar blinka
orange/vitt på den högra luren.
3. Aktivera Bluetooth på den externa enhet som hörlurarna ska
anslutastill. Söksedan efter hörlurarna iBluetoothenheten
(se enhetens bruksanvisning).
4. Hörlurarna visas på din enhet som Tenorite, välj anslut.
Obs!
Parkopplingsläget är endast aktivt i 180 sek. När den tiden
passerat måste hörlurarna startas om.
Obs!
Hörlurarna försöker automatiskt ansluta till senast anslutna
enhet om de är påslagna och Bluetooth är aktiverat på den
senast anslutna enheten.
