Schnittstelle zwischen der
Profilleiste 6 und einem Proportional-Druckregelventil 7.
Hinweis
Wählen Sie weiteres Zubehör aus dem Katalog (z. B. Endplatte VABE-P5-C
bzw. Druck-/Zwischeneinspeiseplatte VABF-P5-P3A3/-P1A3).
Zur Montage einer Endplatte bzw. Druck-/Zwischeneinspeiseplatte
( zugehörige Montageanleitung).
2. Vormontage

Hinweis
Um eine Kollision zwischen den
Platten 2 zu vermeiden.
Beachten Sie die Mindest-
abstände zwischen
– Rand und Bohrung
– 2 Bohrungen.
Beachten Sie den Abstand
zwischen Oberkante und
Bohrung.
Markieren Sie die Positionen für die Bohrungen (A).
Bohren Sie die Bohrungen (A) @ 8 mm.
Falls eine Zwischeneinspeiseplatte VABF-P5-P1A3 benötigt wird, bohren
Sie diese Bohrung ebenfalls gleich auf ( zugehörige Montageanleitung).
Entgraten Sie die Bohrungen (A).
Entfernen Sie alle Späne aus der Profilleiste 6.
3. Montage

Hinweis
Um Befestigungsprobleme bei
der Montagereihenfolge zu
vermeiden:
Platzieren Sie die Nuten-
steine 1 aus der Mitte der
Profilleiste 6 heraus
( mittlere Bohrung (A)).
Schieben Sie die Nutens
teine 1 in die Profilleiste 6.
Beachten Sie dabei die Ausrichtung der Gewinde im:
– oberen Nutenstein Gewinde ist auf der rechten Seite
– unteren Nutenstein Gewinde ist auf der linken Seite.

Platzieren Sie den O-Ring 3
in der Senkung der Plat-
te 2.
Positionieren Sie die Plat-
te 2 auf der Profilleiste 6,
bis die Bohrungen (A)
und (C) fluchten.
Drehen Sie die Schrau-
ben 4 fest.
Halten Sie das zulässige An-
ziehdrehmoment ein.

Platzieren Sie den O-Ring 3
in der Senkung (D) des
Druckregelventils 7.
Drehen Sie die Schrau-
ben 5 fest.
Halten Sie das zulässige An-
ziehdrehmoment ein.

The mounting plate is designed for use as an inter
face between the mount-
ing rail 6 and a proportional pressure regulator 7.
Note
Select additional accessories from the catalogue (e.g. end plate
VABE-P5-C or compressed air/intermediate supply plate
VABF-P5-P3A3/-P1A3).
To mount an end plate or compressed air/intermediate supply plate
( corresponding assembly instructions).
2. Preassembly

Note
To avoid a collision between
the plates 2.
Observe the minimum
distances between
– the edge and hole
– 2 holes.
Observe the distance be-
tween the top edge and the
hole.
M
ark the positions for the holes (A).
Drill the holes (A) @ 8 mm. If an intermediate supply plate VABF-P5-P1A3 is
required, drill this hole as well ( corresponding assembly instructions).
Deburr the holes (A).
Remove all shavings from the mounting rail 6.
3. Mounting

Note
To avoid mounting problems
during the assembly se-
quence:
Remove the slot nuts 1
from the centre of the
mounting rail 6
( centre hole (A)).
Insert th
e slot nuts 1 into the mounting rail 6.
When doing this observe the alignment of the thread in:
– the upper slot nut thread is on the right-hand side
– the lower slot nut thread is on the left-hand side.

Place the O-ring 3 in the
depression in plate 2.
Position the plate 2 on the
mounting rail 6 until the
holes (A) and (C) are
aligned.
Tighten the screws 4.
Comply with the permissible
tightening torque.

Place the O-ring 3 in the
depression (D) of the pres-
sure regulator 7.
Tighten the screws 5.
Comply with the permissible
tightening torque.
