3. Getting started

Pleaseferto theinstructionsinthe operatingmanualof yourterminalre

device.

•Checkthe mechanical compatibility between theuniversal powersupply

unit’s adapter and thesocket of your enddevice without plugging it in.

•Notethe polarity of the terminal device’s socket andplug in the adapter

accordingly (seeg.1).

•Setthe voltage selection switch tothe voltagequired byyourterminalre

device. Donot change orset thevoltage during operation of the powerre

supplyunit in combination with a terminal device.

•Plugthe universal power supply unit into a power outlet.

•Theterminal device can now beused and switched on.

Theproduct hasplaceable fuse.Alwaysplacethis fuse withthesamerere

type offuse with the sameelectrical values (seeg.2).
