305mm), and all oowing f r su clecient arances r us fo comb tibles where rear and side walls may play a roll in the insta latl ion
process.
• Ensure there is access to a p wer so upply ins ide th ncle e osu onnre f r co ectin thg e fan in the heater. I some n insta cen s an
ex ent sion cord m iaybe requ red to re h a pac ower suppl ley. P ase keep in mind ha t t the fan will n oeed t be removed for c lea ng,ni
and access to the power s oulupply sh d be made relat asyively e .

• Using a 5 m am llan key, rem ve p1-x4 M8 o cap screws which at acht t che fas ia to the rebox. Carefullly remove the fascia and place
to the side. Removing fa ia asc llows the ZCC to be mounted u sh with ont fr o surf enclo e fa e foc r a sh fasciu a nish.

• Build your frame ouar nd the ZCC maintai g nin t le ahe c ar nces listed previously.
• Enclose the front of t mhe fra e wi mith nimu m -m 9m non combustible cement sheet, villaboard, be lis boal rd etc.
• Enclose the side e s of the fram wit rh plaste , timber, MDF etc.
• In tas ll the mantle if required as per mantle c ra es lea nc on the follo awing p ge.
Note: If mantle i ds ma e out of combust aible m terial, this appliance must have i ’s ht ot air deector attached t ho t e fasica.
