Auto dispenser
The automatic dispenser models provide a three-compartment dispenser: two compartments for auto
dispensing and another part for manual input. With Auto Detergent and Auto Softener enabled, the
washing machine dispenses an adequate amount of detergent or fabric softener for each load. See below
for details:
Auto Detergent: Use liquid detergent only.
Auto Softener: Use fabric softener only.
Detergent: If necessary, add manually as instructed by
the detergent manufacturer.
Less > Standard > More > Off
NOTE
ꞏTo use the manual dispenser, make sure the auto
dispenser is turned off. Keep pressing Dose per Wash
until the Auto dispense indicators are off.
Settings
If necessary, you can change the default settings as follows.
Detergent (default: Standard)
Less > Standard > More
To select an input level, press Dose per Wash to cycle
through the settings: Less > Standard > More.
NOTE
ꞏIf you choose More, the rinse process will be added
once more.
Water hardness (default: 2)

1. To select a water hardness level, press and hold Dose per
Wash to cycle through the settings:
1 (soft water) > 2 (medium water) > 3 (hard water).
2. When complete, press and hold Dose per Wash for
3seconds to confirm your changes.
Softener (default: Standard)
Less > Standard > More
To select an input level, press Dose per Rinse to cycle
through the settings: Less > Standard > More.

1. To select a concentration level, press and hold Dose per
Rinse to cycle through the settings:
1 (Normal) > 2 (x2) > 3 (x3).
NOTE
ꞏThe concentration level is marked on the product
package.
2. When complete, press and hold Dose per Rinse for
3seconds to confirm your changes.
NOTE
ꞏIf you select
WOOL , the Dose per Wash
and Dose per Rinse buttons will be disabled automatically.
However, you can enable the function(s) manually after selecting a cycle.
ꞏIf the refill indicator continues to turn on after refilling the detergent/softener, press Start/Pause (Hold
to Start). The indicator turns off about 10 seconds later.
ꞏThe Refill indicator turns on because it is designed to remind you of the necessity for replenishment
of detergent. This is not a system failure.
