Quick Installation Guide
1. Use the appropriate hardware for your mounting location. This product includes masonry anchors that may not
be appropriate for your mounting application.
2. Vertical installation only! Do not install in windy areas, maximum weight capacity is 22lbs.
3. Select the correct Masonry Drill-Bit to suit the Anchor Bolts supplied: [ M6-Ø10mm ] or [ M8-Ø12mm ] and drill
the hole.
4. Insert the Anchor Bolt & Sleeve assembly into the hole (the Nut & Washer at this point should be loosely tted).
5. Remove the Nut & Washer, mount the (Mounting base) onto the exposed Bolt & Tighten “Clockwise” with the
Nut & Washer until the Bracket is rmly in place. If there are not enough threads showing, the bolt may need to
be anchored without the base rst to expose more threads.
6. After mounting the base, snake any cables through the shaft assembly, and tighten upper shaft to the mounting
base. Then tighten the set base set screw.
7. Extend the lower shaft to desired length. The extension collar may need to be loosened by turning it
counterclockwise.
8. Once desired length is set, tighten the extension collar to the point where the lower shaft is set rmly in place
and does not move (needs to support the max weight of 22lbs). Tighten the extension collar set screws to lock
it in place.
9. Ensure that the camera mount is attached rmly to the lower shaft, then tighten the lower shaft set screw.
10. Connect the safety tether of your PTZ camera (if supplied) to the eye of the camera mount. Install the PTZ to
the camera mount and tighten the camera set screws.
