SPCOAX2 HD-TVI/HD-CVI/AHD/CVBS Surge Protector
Thank you for your choice of Speco Technologies’ surge protector. This unit is designed to provide a sturdy option for SPCOAX2
protection from high voltage surges, such as those that may be caused by lightning strikes. Because of the physical length of
ground wires, unprotected UL grounding systems may appear as an open circuit to lightning-caused high frequency surges and would
normally provide little or no protection from these surges getting into a home or business and destroying CATV converters, TV sets,
DVRs, Cameras, etc. This unit can complement UL grounding requirements for coaxial cable and offers protection from hazardous
voltages that may occur on the shielding.
FEATURES
BNC male to BNC female.
Provides protection for analog HD-TVI, HDCVI, AHD, & CVBS cameras and DVRs.
Complies with IEC 61000-4-5.
Built in EFT (impulse noise) lightning protection.
Sold each, but recommended to use in pairs to protect both cameras and recorders

It’s recommended to use high quality 75Ω Coaxial Cable & BNC connectors. If you use low quality coaxial cable there is the risk
of signal loss and it could affect transmission distance and reliability.
