1. Twist the blade back and forth
• If the blade twists easily, proceed to next step.
• If blade is locked and can not be twisted, please contact
our tech support (626-581-1818 and refer to SS-211).

3. Measure the dry soy bean to soak
Use the provided measurement cup(120g /4 oz)
Use one leveled cup for each blending cycle.
Do not put exceeding amount of soy bean as it
can damage the soy milk maker
To get better quality of soy milk please soak
soy bean according to season
Summer time soak for 12 ~ 24 hrs
Winter time soak for 24~48 hrs
Wash and rinse couple time before
use
2.1 Cleaning the filter
To clean the filter use only the metal brush to tap on the
blocked holes do not brush back & forth.

2.Check filter
Hold the filter up to the light.
If light shines through the filter holes, proceed to next step.
If filter holes are blacked, then filter requires cleaning. Please
follow steps below.
