The MCA100 allows any standard dynamic microphone to take

advantage of the Mic Control feature found in many of the TC Helicon

vocal processing products. When used with smaller stompbox-style

pedals, the Mic Control will usually toggle the bypass or on/off

function. With more complex processors, a number of parameters

can be assigned to Mic Control. Consult the product’s documentation

for details.

Some of the single stompbox pedals require the Mic Control feature

to be enabled manually. Press the small button on the side of the

pedal to allow the MCA100 to control the on/off switching.

Note – it is possible that your vocal processor may need a firmware

update in order to work with the Mic Control functionality.
