1 Features 3 Description
This triple Schmitt-trigger buer is designed for
1 • Available in the Texas Instruments 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC operation.
NanoFree™ Package
The SN74LVC3G17 device contains three buers
• Supports 5-V VCC Operation
and performs the Boolean function Y = A. The device
• Inputs Accept Voltages to 5.5 V functions as three independent buers but, because
• Maximum tpd of 5.4 ns at 3.3 V of Schmitt action, it may have dierent input threshold
• Low Power Consumption, 10- A Maximum IμCC levels for positive-going (VT+ ) and negative-going
(VT– ) signals.
• ±24-mA Output Drive at 3.3 V
This device is fully specied for partial-power-down
• Typical VOLP (Output Ground Bounce)
applications using Io . The Io circuitry disables the
<0.8 V at VCC = 3.3 V, TA = 25°C outputs, preventing damaging current backow
• Typical VOHV (Output VOH Undershoot) through the device when it is powered down.
>2 V at VCC = 3.3 V, TA = 25°C
