Before first use:

2. Set your Vitamix blender on a dry, level surface.
3. Carefully remove the cable tie on the power cord.
4. Make sure the On/O (power switch) is set to O. Plug the blender into an
appropriate voltage and grounded electrical outlet.
5. Follow the cleaning instructions on page 15 to prepare your blender
for use.
