•This product is a ventilated freezer (No Frost
system) exclusively for domestic use.
To make the best use of your freezer, please
read the instruction booklet carefully for a
description of the appliance and useful tips
regarding storage of food.
Keep this booklet for future consultation.
The biggest advantage of a ventilated freezer is
the total absence of ice and frost on the freezer
walls and shelves, thanks to the process
described below.
The cold air cold produced by an evaporator is
circulated in the freezer by a fan. The air after
being circulated inside, is again absorbed by the
evaporator which retains the humidity. Frost
build-up is thus prevented and defrosting is not
necessary.
The moisture retained by the evaporator is
automatically drained into a tray fitted on the
compressor from where it evaporates.
The ventilated freezer system guarantees
optimum storage of foodstuffs for longer periods
without altering their original characteristics.
1. After unpacking the freezer, make sure that
the doors shut perfectly. Any damage must
be reported to your retailer within 24 hours.
2. Wait at least two hours without moving
the appliance before connecting it to the
power supply.
3. Installation and electrical connection must be
carried out by a qualified technician
according to the Manufacturer's instructions
and local safety regulations.
1. Packing
The packing material is 100% recyclable and
bears the recycling symbol. Follow the local
regulations for disposal of the packaging.
The packaging material (plastic bags,
polystyrene parts, etc.) can be a source of
danger, so keep them out of reach of children.
2. Product
The freezer is built using recyclable materials.
When disposing of the appliance, follow the local
regulations for waste disposal.
Make the appliance unusable by cutting off the
power cable. Dispose of the appliance at an
authorised collection centre for the recovery of
refrigerant gases.
Information
This appliance is free of CFCs (refrigerant circuit
contains R134 a)or FCs (refrigerant circuit
contains R600a- Isobutane). For more details,
refer to the rating plate fitted on the appliance.

•Use the freezer only for storing frozen foods,
freezing fresh food and producing ice cubes.
•Do not cover or close the vents of the freezer.
•Do not store glass containers with liquids in the
freezer as they may burst.
•Do not eat ice cubes or ice lollies immediately after
removing them from the freezer because they may
cause "cold" burns.
•Do not allow children to play or hide inside the
freezer; risk of becoming trapped inside or
suffocating.
•Do not ingest the contents (atoxic) of the ice packs.
•Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning,
always unplug the appliance or switch the power
supply off.
•The power cable can only be replaced by an
authorized electrician.

with foodstuffs and conforms to D.L. 108 of
25.01.1992 (Directive 89/109/EEC).
CE- This product is designed, built and marketed
in compliance with:
•the safety objectives of the "Low voltage" Directive

89/336 EEC amended by Directive 93/68 EEC.
Information
For appliances with R600-a Isobutane
Isobutane is a natural gas having high environmental
compatibility but is inflammable. Therefore, it is
essential to ensure that the refrigerant circuit tubes do
not get damaged.
