use with Chief KSA-Series Swing Arm mounts.

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION
• Phillips Screwdriver
• 5/32" Hex Wrench
Other tools may be required depending on your method
of installation.

After unpacking carton, inspect and verify contents
