Thank you for purchasing the UK2AAA Xenon Pen Light.

The lamp isfilled with high pressure xenon for improved

efficiency and isincredibly bright, compact and ready

when you need it.

Since 1971, UK hasbeen designing and manufacturing

lightsfor the harshestenvironments. Our lights areused

by fire fighters and workersin extremely tough industrial

situations. They are a standardfor scuba divers. With

minimal care your UK light will give youyears oftrouble-

free service.

Battery Insertion

Unscrew the bezel and remove the reflector lamp.

Insert2 alkaline AAA-size batteries as shownto the left.

NOTE:When using theLEDlamp module, the batteries

mustbe inserted with theplus + end facing the reflector

for the LED module to light.

Make sure the O-ring and sealingsurfaces are clean.

Insert the reflector lamp into the case and replace the

bezelby twisting it clockwiseonto the case.

On/Off

Screw the bezel down by twisting itclockwiseuntilthe

lamp comesON. Turn thelightOFF with atleast1 1/2

counter-clockwiseturns of the bezel.

O-Ring Seal

The O-ring and sealing surfacesmustbe keptclean and

lubricated with silicone greasein order to maintain the

watertight seal and smooth rotation ofthebezel.During

cleaning removethe O-ring using only your fingers.Do

not usetools which can damage the O-ring and sealing

surfaces.

LampReplacement - Xenonor Red LED

The Xenon filled lamp should operatefor approximately

20 hours before burningout.The entire lamp/reflector

module is then replaced.An optionalRed LEDlamp

module can also beused for improved night vision

retention. See you UK dealer for replacement parts.

Batterieswhich are (1) loaded with-

out observing the proper polarity,(2)

are not the same type, brandname

and age or(3) are completely dis-

charged can venthydrogen gasand

possibly cause an explosion.

•Loadbatteriesaccording to the dia-

gram shown below.

•Do notmixbatteries of different type,

brand name or age.

•Discard all batteries as soon as they

aredrained or no longer produce

light.
